Unshaped refractories for glass industry

Refra-System Ltd. has been involved in development and production of high quality refractory concretes and mortars since 1989. Considerable experience of glass furnace applications has been gained, enabling us to offer a cost effective, high quality and long life range of materials.

ZIRKOM and ZIRKOM 30 range has been especially developed to complement the use of AZS Fused Cast Blocks by providing compatible monolithic materials, which together can constitute a complete structure. For sealing, hot and cold repairs we can offer our ZIRPLAST product.

The combination of fused cast blocks for abrasion resistance on high wear areas of direct contact with moving hot metals, together with refractory concretes and mortars for the less dense lining areas, ensures a long campaign, cost effective construction.

KORKOM product range is designed to bed Al2O3 based fused cast blocks within suitable monolithic layer. Our experienced and team is always ready to help you to find the optimum solution to your requirements.
